With a $60k budget, I designed a broadcast-quality studio featuring programmable lighting, integrated audio, minimal visible cabling, and a quick-change set system.

Ten months later: 30+ productions filmed without rentals, 650% lift in video production year-over-year, 300% ROI in cost avoidance.
