Coodwill: Customer Story

The crew flew to Washington D.C. to film a customer story about how Smartsheet's Brandfolder is at the heart of Goodwill's brand and campaign work. This was the first video in our customer story series where we piloted a dual narrative approach to showcase both the human impact on individual users and the ROI benefits for the organization. Goodwill was the perfect pilot for this human-centered approach.
