Smartsheet x Goodwill: Customer Story
The Smartsheet customer-story series needed a model that could land with everyday users and hold up as a business case for the organization, and Goodwill fit the pilot because its mission-driven brand work carried real human stakes and real organizational scale, so both narratives lived in one subject.

I directed and edited the piece, piloting the dual-narrative structure for the series: I set the creative direction, ran the shoot, and built the edit to hold two threads at once, the user’s daily experience of the tool and the ROI it returned to the organization. Proving the format on Goodwill set the template the rest of the customer-story series would follow.
